I woke up with a cold today. Should I come in?
A massage will likely just make you feel worse. If you are sick, you may get your therapist sick and pass it on to other clients that day. Even if you are giving less than a 24 hour notice, we prefer you reschedule your appointment if you are feeling unwell, so let us know as soon as possible.
Are walk-ins and same day appointments available?
As all of our practitioners are self-managed and are at the Wellness Centre for scheduled appointments, we do not offer walk in appointments and highly encourage clients to view practitioners availability and to book on the BOOK IN page.
Same day appointments are sometimes available, and we can also put you on our waitlist. However, our practitioners tend to be fully booked so we recommend booking in advance.
Are your massage therapists licensed and certified?
The local council (Camden Council) requires all practitioners to be registered according to their approved list of Professional bodies. This ensures that all practitioners are well qualified and experienced to the necessary standards required. Associated professional bodies and certificates of the Practitioners are displayed at the reception area of the practice. Practitioners qualifications and associated registered bodies are also indicated alongside each practitioners name from the About Us page.
Professional bodies of our practitioners are also shown at the bottom of footer of the page. Professional bodies of practitioners include: ITEC, Institute of Sport & Remedial Massage (ISRM), Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT), Chinese Medical Institute & Register (CMIR), Register of Exercise Professional (REPS).
All of our practitioners also hold Professional Indemnity Insurance.
Will I get a full time of treatment for the duration I booked for my appointment?
All appointment times include the necessary consultation especially for first appointments. This is to ensure health & safety of your treatment and to diagnose and syndrome differentiate your main concern as necessary.
Do I need to shower before my massage?
We do expect that all clients and patients arriving for their appointment maintain good hygiene to ensure health and safety is continually delivered in our practice.
